Key Duties & Responsibilities

Civil Engineer responsibilities may include:

  • Engineering design for land development and infrastructure projects

  • Preparation and review of engineering plans and technical documents

  • Communication with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
  • Proficiency with computers and PDF software
  • Experience with computer-aided design software (AutoCAD)
  • Familiarity with engineering and architectural plans
  • Knowledge of permitting and legal requirements related to civil engineering
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
